RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Please note –

These terms relate only to jewellery bought directly from bohrunga.com.

It is preferable that you return the item in conjunction with the Returns Form attached below as a PDF.

 

TERMS -

TIME
You may return items if you are not happy with them. However, you must inform us of your intention to return the item within 10 days of the delivery date.

 

CONDITION

Items must be returned to us with the original packaging and both the packaging and the item must be in unworn condition.

Unless the goods were received damaged or are defective, or not as specified in your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If the goods were faulty or incorrect when supplied to you then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.

Otherwise there may be additional charges for postage on any replacement item. We will inform you of this prior to posting.

 

DAMAGE

Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.

 

If you did not buy the item from www.bohrunga.com than please contact and return the item to the retailer you purchased from.
